Syneto SSO

The authentication system operated by Syneto SpA · VAT: RO15999720 · Reg: J35/2971/2003 for unified access to its services

User

Any natural person or authorized representative accessing Syneto services via SSO

2. Scope of the Terms

Agreement Scope

These Terms govern your use of the Syneto SSO platform. By using Syneto SSO, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our general Terms of Use.

3. Eligibility

You must be a registered user of Syneto or an authorized user under a partner organization's agreement
Users under 18 must have authorization from a legal guardian or entity administrator

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You must protect your credentials and never share your access tokens
You must use the SSO platform only for authorized, lawful purposes
Any attempt to subvert security mechanisms, brute-force authentication, or impersonate another user will result in suspension and legal action

5. Availability

Service Availability

Syneto SSO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or emergency patching that may impact uptime. We are not liable for third-party provider outages.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Syneto SSO:

Upon request by your organization
In case of breach of these Terms
In case of security threat to Syneto or any of its users

7. Compliance Requirements

Syneto SSO is designed to align with:

GDPR compliance principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, access control, and auditability
NIS 2 Directive, including Article 21 (security requirements), Article 23 (incident reporting), and Article 20 (governance and accountability)

8. Disclaimers

Syneto makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding:

Fitness of Syneto SSO for any particular purpose
Continuous, uninterrupted access
Third-party identity provider behavior or data accuracy

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Timisoara, Romania.
